Each of the hotel’s rooms features a distinct layout, creating private spaces ideal for a relaxing stay. Both One Grass (1 bedroom) and Two Grass (2 bedroom) Suites are available at the hotel. Each apartment features a living area, mini-kitchen, Smart TV, microwave, huge refrigerator, dining table, and utensils. There is a full complement of amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, restaurant, library, conference space, self-laundry facilities, and more, all of which are neatly planned out to delight the guests.

I have stayed at this property for almost ten days on two separate occasions, and it is, without a doubt, one of the best and cheapest options in Pattaya in terms of service, quality, cleanliness, and convenience.
Located on South Pattaya Road, these apartment hosts Mini Mart and 7-Eleven on the property, which is convenient. There is a Baht-Bus stop directly in front of the apartment, and both motorcycle taxis and standard taxis available which can easily pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. Thai restaurants around and Big C are both easily accessible.
The property’s weakness is the impolite and disrespectful front desk employees. The front desk manager is a jerk. Other staffs are good including housekeeping, who execute their duty with respect.
Finally, I give Grass Serviced Suites four stars and recommend it to those on a tight budget.
