Even though Les Saveurs is a quaint little restaurant, it serves some amazing dishes which include exotic seafood items. The menu is kinda big for a small restaurant, and they also have a daily chef special. The chef-special menu created by Chef Bharath is a must-try because it is kinda a step up from the regular menu. I tried the chef-special ‘Citrus Marinated Baby Octopus’. I think that was one of the best Octopus dishes I have ever had. The blend of citrus and a prawn broth spicy sauce made the dead baby octopus alive in my taste buds. I also tried ‘Grilled Tiger Prawns’, and it was just another Grilled Tiger Prawns dish. So next time you visit Pondicherry, make sure to visit Les Saveurs Restaurant. If you are lucky enough then you might get ‘Citrus Marinated Baby Octopus’.
