Le Cafe Pondicherry | Review Of The Best Beachside Hangout Place

Le Cafe is one of the most popular beachside hangout cafes in Pondicherry that has become a tourist spot on its own. Le Cafe is a regular coffee shop which also serves pizza. But the place is worth visiting because of its location. The chilled ocean breeze, and a spectacular view of the sea and its waves make you sit and relax for hours. The cafe is also close to many other attractions like Mahatma Gandhi Statue & the French War Memorial. So how is the food? Let me tell you.

I loved hanging out at Le Cafe, not only for the view but also for its aroma-filled fancy coffee. I call it fancy because they have added flavours. They also serve freshly grounded filter coffee, but my choice was the Chocolate Latte or just a regular Chapachino. I also tried their delicious pizza which was well-cooked and spicy. The pizza section is located on the first floor, and for coffee, there is no service. Which means you need to pick up a coffee from the ground floor. Do some acrobatics so that the coffee doesn’t spill when you climb the stairs. By the way, you need to buy the pizza token below so if you forget, you need to walk down again. The reason I explained this is because I did the same. Anyways, Le Cafe is a decent place for a chilled evening or early morning, whichever is convenient for you to visit but do not forget to visit.
