The Caffeine Baar Review | Bangalore’s Unique Cafe

caffeine bar bangalore

While there are hundreds of cafes and coffee outlets around Bangalore, the Caffeine Baar is just another coffee shop. If that is what you are thinking, then you are wrong. The Caffeine Baar is not a cafe but an Experience Centre. If I am taking the time to write about this cafe, then it might be something special. Right?

Have you ever heard the term “Farm Fresh Coffee”? Well! That would be the first point I would love to point it. The coffee served in Caffeine Baar is freshly grounded coffee sourced directly from the plantation. The caffeine Baar takes pride in their molecular experiment with the coffee flavouring that increases the overall profile of the coffee, and also the experience of preparing it. Every cup of coffee is uniquely prepared to order. The preparation is another charm, and if you are into chemistry, you would love it.

Talking to the founder of this place, I did get some insight into the backend process of preparing naturally flavoured coffee. So basically, the blend of flavours happens once a year with fresh fruits. The flavour profile naturally extracts itself into the coffee bean, making the process natural and unadulterated. I was surprised at the fact that the fruit sweetness was dense but not too strong. The coffee experience just became better because I could taste sweet without sugar.

The Caffeine Baar also offers other products like cookies, chocolates, cakes etc. They are worth a try, especially cookies which are homemade caffeine-filled delicacies. They also have a decent ambience to sit and watch the coffee-making magic performed by the coffee artists.
