Drunkling Sizzlers & Pub Review

Drunkling Sizzlers & Pub is a trendy resto-bar located in the 5th Block of Koramangala, Bangalore. This 2-story resto-bar is just as impressive on the inside as it is on the outside. The sizzlers and cocktails at this establishment are legendary. Due to its prime position, Drunkling offers a wide variety of delicious and unique regional specialities. The space is enough, there is plenty of plush seats, and the ambience is soothing. Located right above Wild Thyme Restaurant, this resto-bar offers some interesting sizzler options and cocktails alike.

Drunkling Sizzlers & Pub has an excellent gourmet fare. The chef’s conception of the palettes may have been a stretch, but I highly doubt that will dampen your appetite. Most of the things I sampled were non-vegetarian that had good flavour. The sizzlers were well cooked, but the meat could have benefited from some more flavouring. The meat was tender and well-cooked. I must say, the chef has mastered the art of sizzling meat to perfection.

Everything I sampled, which included chicken, mutton, and even some vegetables, was delicious. The mutton seekh kabab and Paneer Tikka, are my top two choices. When it came to the cocktails, I thought they were expertly constructed, and the blend was excellent. While I did have an issue with the Obsession drink, I did provide a suggestion that has hopefully been taken into consideration. The presentation of cocktails such as the “Pop My Cherry,” “Cilantro Jalapeno Margarita,” and “Aam Panna” was excellent. The Aam Panna stood out as my favourite drink, and I often recommend it to my friends. In my opinion, the Aam Panna drink deserves my special accolade, and I urge you all to give it a try. As an aside, I’d want to give a shout-out to caramel custard which was delicious.
